The OF3 series device is intended for recreational exercises in the open air for teenagers, adults and seniors over 140 cm tall.


Training effect: Outdoor gym devices for effective training.

CHEST PRESS: It works primarily on the upper muscles. It improves the development of the muscles of the chest, shoulder girdle and upper limbs. Regular exercise along with a lot of repetition can influence the growth of muscle mass.

PULL DOWN: Exercises on this device help to strengthen the upper muscles, especially the forearm and the lats of the back. They affect the development of muscle mass.

How to use:

CHEST PRESS: Take a seat on the saddle. Lean back and grasp both bars with your hands. Push the bars away from you and return to the starting position. Do several repetitions.

PULL DOWN: Sit steadily (face or back to the device) and grasp the handle. Pull the handles close to your body and back to your almost straightened elbows. To make the exercise more varied, by using the handles you can take different body positions.
